Unconsciously, this book has been on the shelves for two months. Time flies by quickly. Thank you all for your company and support.
By the end of May, this book has reached 920,000 words, with a total update of 270,000 words, averaging 9,000 words per day.
There were some incidents in between, which led to taking a day off and sometimes fewer updates. However, everything was made up afterwards, I guarantee it.
The original plan was to finish the second volume in May and then start the third volume. However, in the past two days, I added a plot, which caused a delay in the original plot of the second volume, about 30,000 words.
The plot of the third volume will be changed a bit. I will spend some effort writing about the family, the descendants of the family, and the protagonist's wives and concubines, making the characters more vivid and the plot more enriched.
The description of the protagonist will be appropriately reduced, leaning towards the background, and highlighting the protagonist's strength through the plot of other characters. This is a new attempt.
The first two volumes are still in the early stage, with the protagonist's power insufficient and the descendants not yet grown. It is not suitable to write like this. The third volume will enter the middle stage.
If this attempt is successful and everyone is satisfied, then the subsequent plot will continue to be written in this way. If not satisfied, it may continue with the previous writing style or try a new one.
The author is a newcomer and doesn't know how to write a book. If it is not well written, please go easy on the readers.
