Dawn Research Institute.
September arrived with a flurry of activity as a group of ambitious young people moved into the newly built cave dwellings of the Dawn Research Institute's academy.
The Anti-Japanese Military and Political University's Special Engineering Course, delayed for over a year, finally reunited its first cohort of students in the Border Region and reopened.
